Error Cannot open sdlxiff at the end of a huge project....

Hello, I have a huge project to deliver today consisting of two huge Excel files. I have been working on it for a month. Everything went very well until the last moment. I can't open the second corrected file and deliver it. The warning message says Unexpected error when detecting the file etc... and then the error message The file in the location... does not exist. Big panic, thanks in advance for your urgent help.... Anne
