Before an invasive test such as a new biopsy is done, your study doctor will review these procedures with you and ask you to sign an informed consent form that is similar to the ones other patients sign at your hospital when they are having the same procedure. If any additional samples are to be obtained, your study doctor will discuss their timing with you.
By signing this consent you are giving your study doctor permission to send to the Sponsor, its collaborators, and its **licensees** all of your research samples (including optional samples you agree to have taken), scans (X-ray, MRI, CT or Bone) or photographs of your tumor, and the results from examinations, tests, and procedures done as part of this study.
