English term

Let me go, you bastards!

Non-PRO English to French Art/Literary Poetry & Literature
"Let me go, you bastards!"

A sailor yells this at his crewmates as they attempt to pull him back into the boat while he is trying to rescue a drowning man.

(This is from a novel set in the 19th century and the speaker is French-Canadian, if that makes any difference!)

Lâchez-moi, maudits chiens sales !

This would be one Quebec version of your metropolitan French answers :-) Our colleagues in Quebec might have other options...since the speaker is French-Canadian.
