"Réalise l’apport des titres" is "will contribute the shares".

I assume this is something that's going to happen in the future, and that the shares will form part of the new company's capital.

agree AllegroTrans : sounds right if it's something that is to happen, personally I would use "shall"// a substantial percentage of lawyers use "shall" and it ain't wrong even if the pc brigade don't like it

Thanks! I've stopped using "shall". It's starting to sound old-fashioned, and plain-English legal documents increasingly say "will".
