First Romanian competition in the programs of work life balance of employees implemented by companies.
This event is part of the project "Be family friendly! Training and consulting for companies from Bucharest and Ilfov County ", financed by European Social Fund through the Sectoral Operational Programme Human Resources Development 2007-2013.
To the competition were enrolled six companies in Bucharest and Ilfov, with a number of employees between 60 and 400 people, from the following fields of activity: production of paints and varnishes, import and distribution of food, accounting and auditing, installation and maintenance service filling stations, IT distribution, production and distribution of pharmaceuticals.
Prizes awarded to participating companies come to support the development of programs and measures to reconcile work and private life.

Βραβείο για την "Επίτευξη Ισορροπίας μεταξύ Εργασίας και Προσωπικής Ζωής""
Κατά τη γνώμη μου πρέπει να είναι πιο σύντομο, και να υπάρχει κάπου η έννοια της "ισορροπίας". Δεν βρήκα κάτι σχετικό. Δυσκολεύει το "διαγωνισμός" για κάτι τόσο αφαιρετικό όσο η "ισορροπία". Σε κάθε περίπτωση θεωρώ πως πρέπει να δοθεί μεταφρασμένο.
