Ideally, "money saving" should be hyphenated here, as it seems to be functioning as an adjektive. But a bit more context wouldn't have hurt...

Hi, There is no clarification button here and I wrote a bit more context in an answer that was withdrawn... Essentially it is a matter of negotiating an agreement that will save the company money on IT licenses.

"sparer deg penger" høres kanskje bedre ut, men kommer jo an på hva teksten egentlig handler om :)
