Can you please tel me what "bring to the task" means here?
I supose it means "to contribute" but I couldn't find a definition in any dictionary
"If you commit to searching for something better, you'll bring to the task more experience than you had when you started out."

You are right. The work you have done in searching for something better, allows you to to bring to the task/contribute to the task/ be better able to take on the task with the experience you have gained

THIS IS A SIMILAR USE OF THE PHRASE:
The Creative Visionary is the risk taker. This person is always open to new and different ideas, no matter how far out they actually are. The Creative Visionary is needed to help the team get unstuck from set thinking that gets in the way of progress.

SORRY, this is the missing paragraph further down in the document using the phrase:
Likewise if the Creative Visionary is strong and takes the group on multiple tangents through brainstorming, it will take the Practicality Pusher to ask what these great creative ideas can bring to the task at hand.
