Hello elena is there a difference between "stream splitting" and "flow splitting" ?

> able to perform stream (some flow as well) splitting

I am looking for a description of the device or something that helps me understand how it operates, what it's used for and how to translate it :)
Elena Petelos Oct 22, 2004:
Hi Jrgen, not quite sure what you are looking for. :-)

Rheodyne does some as well. Hope the links help.
There should be numerous for stream splitters.
Pneumatic blower/aspirator function. Injectors etc.
Yours seemsto be coupled to injectors and to be able to perform stream (some flow as well) splitting for minute amounts (needle). It also aspirates. Most pneumatic blowers/injectors do.

Hi Jörgen, did not log on as weekend. I don\'t think there\'s a big difference. Flow and stream practically synonyms and also although \"flow splitter\" would be more appropriate for electrophoresis, T splitters etc. , maintaining constant flow, instead of ensuring equal distribution, it is a term used for \"stream splitters\" as well.
