This is an abbreviation from a statement of payroll expenses. Other items in this section pertain to health insurance, unemployment insurance, retirement benefits, social security contributions, etc., so this should be something similar. Unfortunately, it seems to be a very common acronym, and I could not find anything relevent with a google search.

I think this is what you are looking for. It is not "redundancy" insurance as such, but a fund that guarantees that employees will be paid if the company goes under. Perhaps something like Employer Insolvency Insurance?
