birth certificate
This is a French birth certificate from 2007 and the abbreviation Hdv figures next to the certificate number. I don't normally see characters included in the reference number
BIRTH CERTIFICATE N° 1234 – Hdv
PERSON'S NAME
It's a full copy, with filiation, if that has any relevance.
thanks

More to the point, Dijon has four "mairies annexes", so possibly birth certs can be issued by them too, hence the added detail.
