German to Russian Marketing Automotive / Cars & Trucks CAR RENTAL COOPERATION AGREEMENT

Preamble

This Car Rental Cooperation Agreement (“Agreement”), effective as of XXX (the “Effective Date”), is entered into by and between XXX (“Partner”) and Sixt GmbH & Co. Autovermietung KG, a limited partnership under German law acting for itself and in its capacity as representative of Sixt Corporate Countries, Sixt Franchise Countries and Sixt Cooperation Countries, who all individually and collectively hereinafter also are referred to as “Sixt”.

WHEREAS, Partner operates websites and / or Distribution Channels which refer car rental reservations and Partner wishes to make referrals to Sixt;

WHEREAS, Sixt provides car rental services to Customers under the logos and trademarks “Sixt” and Flizzr.
