without acceptance of any claim
Proposing that a settlement be paid to resolve the dispute, although neither party accepts the other's position.
Note from asker:
Goodoh. But how can they say the payment concedes zilch while saying beforehand that it is "a tacitazione di qualsivoglia pretesa avanzata". How can you tacitare a claim and then say you don't recognise any claims? |

and acknowledging/conceding nothing
Just a thought: "senza nulla riconoscere" - you suggest 'without acceptance of any claim' but is there a chance that 'nulla' could refer to more than claims and also encompass responsibility, debt, rights etc. depending on the context? Or would 'claims' cover that? I know my suggestion doesn’t sound terribly Legalese but I hope you get my gist.

without any admission (of liability); without prejudice to liability
As British (and Irish) motor insurers exhort their motorists, even after they have diriven their jaloppies into the back of a stationary vehicle: 'Do not jump out of the car and admit it was your fault'.
