Source text - English 11.1 DRAINAGE IN BUILDING INDUSTRY
11.1.1 Function analysis
The drainage function analysis can be subdivided into:
- an analysis of the system in its surroundings, referred to as the system objective, and
- an analysis of the drainage system itself
The system should accomplish its functions for the design service life of the project, under the expected mechanical, chemical and biological conditions anticipated.
11.1.1.1 The aim of the drainage system
The drainage system objective is, in principle to control and influence the groundwater flow and hydrostatic pressure. The drainage system can have a temporary function, for example, during the construction phase or a permanent function for the design service life of the structure or project. Those functions are discussed separately below:
Control of groundwater level, drainage dewatering and reclaiming of land. This function refers to lowering or maintaining the groundwater table in particular of cultivated and recreational fields (sports grounds), building sites, storage and industry sites.
This function also includes land reclamation and drainage of fields and sites (e.g. ripening) and dewatering of building pits and excavations with or without the use of pumps, and drainage of surface water on roofgardens and park decks.
The aim of drainage is to improve workability, accessibility, bearing capacity of the treated land or site and reduction of hydrostatic pressure on building constructions. This is achieved by lowering the groundwater table, increasing the effective stresses and improving the mechanical properties.
Groundwater flow control. A drainage system can be employed to put into operation groundwater flow into a particular direction or to stop it completely. The aim of this function is, primarily, to prevent corrosion by water flowing out of the ground, leaking through dike slopes and dams, or into excavations, construction pits and cuttings. Another aim can be to stop groundwater flow in a particular water-bearing layer or geological formation and to collect water flowing out of dumping grounds.

11.1.1 Analiza funkcji.
Analiza funkcji drenażu może być podzielona na:
- analizę systemu i jego otoczenia, odnoszącą się do jego zastosowania i celu
- analizę samego systemu drenującego
System powinien spełniać swoje funkcję usługowe pod względem warunków mechanicznych, chemicznych i biologicznych.
1.1.1.1. Cele systemu odwadniającego
Głównym celem układu odwadniającego jest przede wszystkim kontrola przepływu wód gruntowych i ciśnienia hydrostatycznego. Może on pełnić także funkcję tymczasową, np. podczas konstrukcji danego obiektu lub innych projektów. Może również pełnić funkcję trwałą. Funkcje te przedstawione są osobno poniżej:
Kontrola poziomu wód gruntowych, odwadnianie i przywracanie gruntu. Funkcja ta odnosi się do obniżania lub utrzymywania poziomu wód gruntowych, w szczególności na polach uprawnych i miejscach użytkowych, takich jak obiekty sportowe, place budowy, miejsca przeznaczone do składowania i magazynowania materiałów, a także obszary przemysłowe.
Funkcja ta odnosi się także do przywracania i nawadniania pól i innych miejsc, np. w celu przygotowania do użytku, jak również odwadniania kanałów budowlanych i miejsc wykopu przy użyciu lub bez użycia pomp. Funkcja ta odnosi się również do usuwania wody z ogrodów umiejscowionych na dachach i z powierzchni parków.
Celem drenażu jest poprawa pracy, dostępu, pojemności, stabilności gruntu lub miejsca i redukcja ciśnienia hydrostatycznego na placach budowy. Osiągane jest to za pomocą obniżania poziomu wód gruntowych, zwiększania nacisków efektywnych i ulepszania cech mechanicznych.
Przepływ wód gruntowych. System drenażu może być użyty w celu skierowania przepływu wód gruntowych w pożądanym kierunku lub też do całkowitego zatrzymania tego ruchu. Celem tej funkcji jest przede wszystkim zapobieganie erozji powodowanej przez wypływającą wodę, przeciekającą przez zbocza tam i grobel. W pracach wykopowych celem jest konstrukcja kanałów i tuneli. Następnym celem jest zatrzymanie wód gruntowych w określonym miejscu lub w formacjach geologicznych, a także gromadzenie wody wypływającej z różnych składowisk (np. wysypiska śmieci).

Dla maksymalnego uproszczenia GUI staramy się używać AJAXa w rozsądny sposób. Nie są nam straszne szablony (np. Smarty), systemy płatności online (np. dotpay, platnosci.pl, przelewy24.pl), Google API, Allegro API. Tworzymy również aplikacje Facebookowe korzystając z Facebook API (FBML, XFBML).
W naszej pracy korzystamy z SVN'a wraz z TRAC-iem. Do wspomagania projektowania baz używamy MySql Workbench-a.

We design applications using PHP programming language supported by JavaScript. We use relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSql) in our software. We use Zend, Framework, Doctrine libraries, and it terms of JS, we use jQuery.
We take great care in code optimizing, database queries and project architecture in our solutions. In order to fulfill this purpose we use caching (Zend_Cache, MemCache), search engines (Sphinx, Zend Search Lucene), database object mapping (Doctrine, Zend_Db_Table) and module application structure.
In order to simplify GUI to maximum, we try to use AJAX in a reasonable way. We are not afraid of templates (e.g. Smarts), online payment systems (e.g. dotpay, platnosci.pl. przelewy24.pl), Google API, Allegro API. We also create Facebook applications using Facebook API (FBML, XFBML).
