Bribery means to offer, promise, give or receive any undue pecuniary or other advantage, whether directly or through intermediaries, to obtain or retain business or other improper advantage.
A conflict of interest is a situation in which the personal or private interests of an individual seem to collide or potentially could collide with the interests of Lundbeck. Such conflicts of interest may be financial or non-financial interests, including but not limited to serving as a public official in a related decision-making capacity or having family connections to Lundbeck employees.
Facilitation payments are illegal, non-official, small value payments, gifts or fees paid to public officials to speed up the delivery of a routine task or services that are part of their duties e.g. a customs officer stamping a customs form. The payment is for a task or service that the giver is entitled to receive.
Fraud generally means acting dishonestly or deceptively with the intention of obtaining an undue benefit, in order to avoid an obligation, to cause a loss to another party or to illegally remove funds.
Stakeholders are any member of society that you interact with as part of your work such as healthcare professionals, patients and patient organizations, regulators, payers, scientific and business partners.
Third parties are professionals and entities performing activities within Lundbeck’s core business areas either on behalf of or in the material interest of Lundbeck.

Malipo ya uwezeshaji ni haramu, yasiyo ya kirasmi, yenye thamani ndogo, zawadi na ada inayolipwa kwa maafisa wa umma ili kuharakisha utekelezaji wa shughuli ya kila wakati au huduma zinazohusisha wajibu wao k.m. afisa wa forodha kupiga muhuri kwenye fomu ya forodha. Malipo hayo ni kwa minajili ya kazi au huduma ambayo mtoaji ana haki ya kuipokea.
Udanganyifu kwa kawaida humaanisha kutekeleza shughuli kwa uongo au ulaghai na nia ya kupata manufaa yasiyofaa, ili kuepuka wajibu, kusababisha hasara kwa mwingine au kuondoa pesa kiharamu.
Wadau ni wanajamii wowote unaojumuika nao katika harakati ya kufanya kazi kwako kama wahudumu wa afya, wagonjwa na mashirika ya wagonjwa, wadhibiti, walipaji, washirika wa kisayansi na biashara.

Native full-time English to Swahili translator and Interpreter. I have a bachelor's degree in Education Arts in Swahili and Linguistics from Kenyatta University. I started as a Swahili teacher, registered under the Teacher's Service Commission(TSC) in Kenya and doing Swahili translation part time then later on focused on translation and interpretation full time.
I have offered interpretation and translation services in different topics and fields to corporates, individual clients, NGO's and many places as my CV or profile stipulates.
