1. ХАРАКТЕРИСТИКА КОМПЕТЕНТНОСТНОГО ПОДХОДА


На новом этапе реализации Государственного плана каждая образовательная программа должна ориентироваться на реализацию компетентностного подхода и базироваться на передовых принципах, формах и методах обучения менеджеров, а также содержать четко сформулированные конкретные результаты обучения (learning outcomes) по образовательной программе в целом и ее ключевым элементам.

Под компетентностным подходом в образовании понимается реализация образовательных программ, которые формируют способность специалиста самостоятельно применять в определенном контексте полученные в процессе прохождения подготовки знания, умения и навыки.

Компетентностный подход предполагает действенный контроль результатов обучения.

В соответствии с Европейской системой квалификаций под результатами обучения понимается набор знаний, умений, навыков или компетенций, освоенных человеком, которые он может продемонстрировать по завершении обучения. Формулировка результатов обучения показывает, что обучающийся должен знать, понимать и делать по завершении обучения.

Миссия образовательной программы определяет модель компетенций менеджера, которая используется для разработки учебных планов, программ и учебных материалов.

1. CHARACTERISTICS OF THE COMPETENCE BUILDING APPROACH

At this new stage of carrying out the State Plan each curriculum must be focused on realising a competence building approach and based on cutting-edge training ideas and approaches to management, as well as containing concisely formulated specific learning outcomes corresponding to the curriculum as a whole and its key elements.


By competence building approach we mean the implementation of curricula which develop the manager’s ability to apply independently and in specific contexts the knowledge, abilities and skills gained during training.


A competence building approach presupposes that there will be effective assessment of learning outcomes.

In accordance with the European system of qualifications, learning outcomes are taken to mean the set of knowledge, abilities and skills that a person assimilates and can demonstrate on completion of their training. The learning outcomes are formulated to show what the trainee must know, understand and be able to do once their training is complete.


The aim of the curriculum determines the model of manager competencies to be used in the development of teaching plans, syllabuses and educational resources.

2 Общие обязательства
Продавец с должным вниманием и высококвалифицированным способом осуществляет поставку, производство и доставку Предметов в соответствии с требованиями Покупателя.

Все стороны настоящих Условий Генерального соглашения подтверждают, что содержащиеся здесь условия свободно обсуждались без привлечения какой-либо стороны (или сговора с ней), которая не охватывается непосредственно этим Соглашением.

3 Степень настоящих Условий Генерального соглашения


Условия Генерального соглашения включают, среди прочего, различные фазы разработки, инженерного обеспечения, производства, изготовление, поставку, защиту, покраску, упаковку, маркировку, доставку, разгрузку, установку, испытание и приемку (в соответствии с определением, приведенным в Заказе) Предметов, описанных в Заказе, а также спецификацию и/или чертежи, упоминаемые или содержащиеся в них, и такие Предметы завершаются во всех отношениях Продавцом в соответствии с положениями условий этих Условий Генерального соглашения.

4 Гарантия выполнения обязательств/Гарантия
По требованию Покупателя Продавец предоставляет Гарантию выполнения обязательств/Гарантию страховой компании, банка или прочее поручительство касательно надлежащего выполнения Заказа. Форма Условий Гарантии выполнения обязательств прилагается к Условиям Генерального соглашения. (См. Приложение 7) Продавец предоставляет Гарантию выполнения обязательств/Гарантию за собственный счет.

Производственные испытания и гарантии выполнения обязательств приведены в Приложении 11.

2 General Obligations
The Seller, with due care and attention, and in a highly qualified manner, effects the supply, production and delivery of Goods in accordance with the Buyer’s requirements.

All parties to these Terms and Conditions of the General Agreement affirm that the terms and conditions contained herein have been freely discussed without the engagement (or collusion) of any other party not directly covered by this Agreement.


3 Extent of these Terms and Conditions of the General Agreement


The terms and conditions of the General Agreement include, amongst other things, the various phases of development, engineering, and production of the Goods described in the Order, their manufacture, supply, safety protection, paint finish, packaging, markings, delivery, unloading, installation, testing, and acceptance (in accordance with the definition cited in the Order), as well as specifications and/or drawings, referred to or enclosed with them, and such Goods are finished in all respects by the Seller in accordance with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions of the General Agreement.

4 Performance Guarantee/Guarantee
At the request of the Buyer the Seller provides a Performance Guarantee/Guarantee from an insurance company, bank, or other surety corresponding to the appropriate filling of the Order. The form for the Terms and Conditions of the Performance Guarantee is appended to the Terms and Conditions of the General Agreement (See Appendix 7). The Seller provides the Performance Guarantee/Guarantee at his own expense.


Performance tests and performance guarantees are cited in Appendix 11.

Bio
Interpreter/translator from Russian into English since June 2001, from French into English since December 2011. I have always been considered "good at languages"; I was lucky to be able to learn Russian at school ; my first visit to Russia (USSR) was in 1982 ; I took Joint Honours Russian and French at Oxford University ; I have recently completed the MA programme in Conference Interpreting at Queen's University, Belfast.

My domains are a cluster of business, legal, medical, and technical subjects. I have worked for such diverse clients as Spar, Kaspersky, Renault, Venofer, Nutrilon,The Moscow Arbitration Court, Siemens, Powerscreen and McCloskey International.

Working as an interpreter / translator has been an amazing journey through the minds and cultures of different individuals and organisations : I hope to keep on increasing the number of destinations on that journey.
