Contractual documents and order of priority:

In the event of a conflict between these documents, the following order of priority shall apply:
(a) the T&Cs prevail over the Charter, and (b) the conditions of the additional Services prevail over the T&Cs and the Charter only in respect of the conditions of such Service.
Dependence of contractual documents:
If the T&Cs are terminated for any reason whatsoever, the other contractual documents shall lapse.
However, unless otherwise specified, the termination of one or more of the other contractual documents does not entail the lapse of the T&Cs.
