Hi, I am unable to submit support request. I can type in the matter and click submit but then nothing happens... I've tried several times in past one month and same problem. So all I can do is write in Forum.
I wanted to submit a support request today as I received several Notification for one Kudoz question... Strange but at least 20 notifications of the same question...
Please look into the matter.

Hi Ritu, The first response when you submit a Support Request is a list of FAQ entries which might answer your query - if those don't help, you need to submit a second time.
