Request for quote received by email, missing in Proz inbox

I've received a quote request in my email (Outlook), but the message does not appear in my Proz inbox. I am unable to reply because the senders address is "[email protected]" and the sender did not include her email in the signature. What can I do? Thanks in advance.

I know the address shown is the bounce-handler, but if you click reply as you normally would for any other email, the sender's address should appear (or you can look in the "reply to" field). It works like that for me (but I don't use Outlook, TBH).
