Attorney General
First of all Iam an Assistan Professor of Law and know both the languages at the native speaker level. In the English Common Law countries the term means "Attorney General". To call it "Republic Attorney General" is strange in the context of English Common Law. An Attorney General represents the state and the public in a litigation especially when in such litigation public in large is involved.

Public Prosecutor
Acting on behalf of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria, quarding any infrigments of the rights of the people by any given violator. There seems no exact equivalent to the term in major Western legal systems. My suggestion is to go with the functional counterpart in these systems, hence the term above. Good luck

: "western legal systems?" English legal systems: the term itself is taken from the French "procureur de la République" and there are many differences between those two legal systems

: not really, here it refers to a public prosecutor who works at a particular type of court. S/He is a governmental legal officer but the prosecutor at a small, local court
