pewnie nie chodzi o gwarancję umowną, tylko o warranties jako zapewnienia/oświadczenia stron zawarte w umowie

Tak sobie to wyobrażałem, ale jakoś wydaje mi się że brakuje logiki, gwarancja to gwarancja i w dodatku w innym doku jest mowa o tym, że obwiązuje 12 miesięcy... hmmm
