medicaments en phase de teste, en cours d'autorisation (pending in EN)
It seems to me that there is a confusion above between:
DRUG PIPELINE
A drug pipeline is the set of compounds (ie drugs in development) that a pharmaceutical company has under development at any given point in time.
The development of drugs involves various phases that can broadly be grouped in 3 stages: pre-clinical, clinical trials and marketing (or post-approval). Pharmaceutical companies usually have a number of compounds in their pipelines.
The drug pipeline is an important indicator of the value and future prospects of a company. Usually the more compounds in the pipeline, and the more advanced stage that these are in the better.
AND PIPELINE DRUG:
pipeline drugs (drugs between phase II clinical trials and FDA approval) currently in clinical trials
Pipeline drugs are entities that are undergoing testing but have not yet received approval from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
In the many clinical studies I have translated, I have never seen a reference pointing to the fact that the clinical drugs were still developped, modified or adjusted. Mainly efficiency and adverse effects are investigated, sometimes they change the dosage, but not the actual drug. Please correct me if I am wrong.

: Comme le dit très correctement MCP, le "pipeline" est non seulement en développement mais en cours de demande d'AMM/FDA approval... donc en cours d'autorisation
