Estamos hablando de un IAM no Q = non Q-wave myocardial infarction (MI).
El IAM no Q tiene inversión de las ondas T, y se lo llamaba antes IAM tipo T. En inglés: T wave invarsion.
s/T: creo que se refiere al infarto sin tiempo (s/T) , aquel no precedido por síntomas previos, decripto por Carlos Bertolasi, un eminente cardiólogo argentino.
c/P: aquí no estoy muy segura, pero con el texto que sigue después, puede significar con probable KKC...
KKC: como pregunté antes, me parece que hay un typo, ya que KK significa Killip-Kimball, un escala de clasificación del IAM al ingreso, de 1 a 4, y en este caso sería KK C1 (Killip-Kimball class 1).
Por lo tanto, toda la frase la traduciría así: non Q-wave MI not preceeded by previous symptoms, with T wave inversion, probable KK C1 and ballon PTCA...
