Iorna, please note that the word order would be different in English that it is in Spanish. In Spanish it states \"siniestro de culpa\", which syntatically is like \"reloj de oro\". The translation of the latter, of course, is \"gold watch\".
Since \"culpa\" is \"negligence\" and \"siniestro\" for insurance purposes is either a \"loss\" or a \"claim\", logic dictates that it would become a \"negligent claim, negligent loss\"
Plus, it makes sense in the context.
The woman has not made a negligent claim on the contracts in reference
