How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:
An easy question is one that any bilingual person would be able to answer correctly. (Or in the case of monolingual questions, an easy question is one that any native speaker of the language would be able to answer correctly.)
A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).
Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.
When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.
* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

'Mleko chude' to pojęcie nieprecyzyjne w języku polskim. W potocznym języku 'chude' może oznaczać mleko odtłuszczone lub półtłuste (innymi słowy całkowicie lub częściowo odtłuszczone). Różne źródła podają różną zawartość tłuszczu dla mleka chudego - od 0,0% aż do 2%).
'Skim milk' to nazwa dla mleka zawierającego poniżej 0,5% tłuszczu. W praktyce taką etykietę może posiadać mleko 0,0% i mleko 0,5%. Dla celów marketingowych, producenci często piszą na opakowaniu 'fat-free milk' i 'non-fat milk' zamiast 'skim milk'.
Jeśli chodzi o precyzję, to najlepiej trzymać się terminologii używanej w ustawodawstwie europejskim:
• mleko odtłuszczone (0,5 % tłuszczu lub mniej),
• mleko częściowo odtłuszczone (między 1,5 % a 1,8 % tłuszczu),
• mleko pełne (3,5 % tłuszczu lub więcej).
Nazwę 'chude' stosowałabym raczej w j. potocznym lub jako synonim, podobnie jak 'tłuste' czy 'półtłuste'.
