Well according to the fact that in other law systems, and it's specific to islamic law, there is no such thing as this legal right, I think you'd better right the word itself in your text with the definition in parentheses, like this khiyar-al majlis (An option whereby the parties have right to withdraw from a contract so long as the parties do not leave the place of contract). But I found "option of the contracting session" closer to the meaning of this legal term though not completely conveying it.
