seganas Attilla, si Raja Barbar Bangsa Hun

This is a very funny metaphor.
Attilla The Hun is famous as the notorious and barbaric king, very horrendous.

So the meaning would be: A receptionist should be one of the nicest person in the organization, but alas, her character is so terrifying!

You could use the whole metaphor like my suggestion (to put the same pun like the original English), or you could simply use "...mempunyai kepribadian seperti orang barbar")

You are not talking about my receptionist, are you?
She is not Attilla the Hun, but more to Djengis Khan.... ;-))
