: 1. The abbr. "Prp." for "plättchenreiches Plasma" is somewhat unlikely. 2. With SJLD, the suggested treatment with PRP in infertility is a bit doubtful?!

Don't disagree entirely - see also my discussion entries - also the" level of confidence" indicate my me is not v high - yet prp remains an enigma in the present context

*Rp.* is the the common abbreviation for 'Rezept/Verordnung'. So, I am inclined to believe that *Prp.* stands for 'Privatrezept'. Utrogest (active substance: progesterone) is (at least in Germany) not approved for ovulation induction or usage as a 'fertility drug: i.e. usage in this indication is a so-called off-label use which is not covered by statutory health insurance. That´s why it was prescribed to be paid 'privately' by the patient.

Even if not for points, please see my suggestion below.
Q: Can PRP injection be used for infertility treatment?
A: I am not aware of this use at the present time.
