vencido = due, literally has fallen due, i.e. it is not going to arise in the future.
exixible = literally can be enforced, but payable is the usual rendering in English.

I'm not completely sure about "líquido" = "net", but almost.
"Net" means that it is already set off against any claims that the counterparty may haev against the claimant
