Tekst to umowa o świadczenie usług. W punkcie "Opłaty" pogubiłam się trochę. Dlatego podałam w pytaniu trochę obszerniejszą frazę. Czy ktoś mógłby mi pomóc?

"The profit mark up which will be added to the costs incurred by the Service Providers in providing services to the XXX under this Agreement will be a benchmarked arm's length return. The benchmark will be for a pan European search of similar functions and will be performed at least every 3 years. The initial mark-up is set at 5% and may be amended from time to time."
