and I hope "chick" is not a baby bird! :-)
Edwal Rospigliosi Dec 3, 2003:
Does it have a pic? With it, you could get the context, if she's smiling or not, you can get then the meaning.
Michael Powers (PhD) Dec 3, 2003:
As Ruth said, it can mean "esta chica est agotada, hecha polvo." Or as Pina said, it can be "est harta". Another possible interpretation, since we really don't know the context, could be the literal one where she actually had something. See below.
Refugio Dec 3, 2003:
I am puzzled as to how this will be used as a fashion logo. It means 'esta chica esta agotada, hecha polvo.'

Esta chica ya esta harta!

to have had it (informal)
you've had it now! (informal) ¡ahora sí que te la has cargado!
this sofa has had it (informal) este sofá ya no da para más (informal)
I've had it up to here with his nonsense (informal) estoy hasta la coronilla or hasta el moño de sus tonterías (informal)

I know it doesn't make much sense for a fashion logo.

What would make sense is "This chick has GOT it!"

thanks
agree Clara Fuentes : Aunque el contexto es escazo, tu opción me parece muy acertada. Podría ser que la chica está harta de no encontrar la ropa adecuada, por ej, Saludos.

This really lends itself to more than one interpretation. Pina suggested that it means she is fed up. And, she could be right. However, it could also mean she had something. For example, let\'s assume it is a log for losing weight, and they show a slender \"chick\" taking some diet pills and the supposed result of taking these pills. Then the logo says, \"This chick has had it\" meaning the medication or over the counter treatment.

Out of context, we really don\'t know which meaning it has.

Safe all-purpose translation procedure when context is so unclear and let's move on. Concise too, impacting, can be used day and night, left and right.
Or else!

¡hasta aquí llego yo!

Aside from all the other considerations, at least in the US the expression "this chick" might be interpreted as oneself. So this could perfectly mean "I have had it!"

But it is all so much guesswork unless you give us more context. By the way this is not a saying per se.
