German term

Anbietpflicht

German to English Bus/Financial Law: Contract(s) employment
From an employment contract:

I am not sure what Anbietpflicht means.

Any suggestions appreciated. Thank you!

agree Camilla Seifert : I am inclined to agree with Bernhard here. This is the obligation to offer the invention to an employer/XYZ who may have a right to such invention in terms of an employment contract etc.

agree philgoddard : I don't think "duty to offer" is enough - you have to specify what - but this is the right idea.
