"Reclassification" is correct technically and works here. "Misrecorded" exists and is used to refer to accounting, which appears to be the case here, i.e. an accounting entry that has been recorded incorrectly. I'm not sure, but I think "Set" refers to September, and the rest almost definitely means an amount X.Y in the Brazilian currency, real (hence R$ -> BRL)
