TO PROVIDE FOR THE ENFORCEMENT OF WAR PROHIBITION.
The term War Prohibition Act used in the Act shall mean the provisions of any Act or Acts prohibiting the sale and manufacture of intoxicating liquors until the conclusion of the present war and thereafter until the termination of demobilization, the date of which shall be determined and proclaimed by the President of the United States.
Saludos cordiales.

Note from asker:
Another joke: "During Prohibition it was said tailors would ask customers what size pockets they wanted, pint or quart". |

"The Volstead Act (passed October 28, 1919), referred to in its own text as the War Prohibition Act, specified the method....."

etc.etc. (léelo tú mismo).
"Congress passed title I of the Volstead Act [October 28, 1919] to continue the War prohibition Act until constitutional prohibition took effect." (page 175, note 98 of article below)

The Volstead Act was a piece of legislation passed in 1919.
The question begs to be asked, which references are accurate and which of the Acts or agreements, if you will came first? Personally, I think your initial Google link is inaccurate, but I don't know that for certain. I am going to leave this alone now and leave it to others to figure it out! Regards.
