The analogue of Moore's external-world argument was suggested to me by another which I find difficult to pin wodn with certainty but which I came across in conversation. It is a sort of paradigm-ase argument which could be used in discussion of murder, and I think that there are traces of it in the writings of Ascombe and Geach.
