Spanish term (edited):
verificándose un supuesto de Evento de Aceleración
triggering an assumption of an Accelerated Maturity Event
The weak verb of verificarse - like su(b)stanciarse controversially in a recent question - means, transitively, to take place, though I have turned the verb into a transitive one of triggering for stylistic purposes.
Un supuesto IMO overlaps with un Evento and means 1. a supposition, assumption or 2. situation, *scenario* or event (West).
Aceleración: acceleration implying accelerated maturity or due date of the Debts under the Certificates: Deuda de los Certificados.
The CLs - confidence levels at the moment - go 4-3-2 for the sake of numerical consistency, albeit ought to be the other way up.
