8.1 Both parties acknowledge that they are aware of the retirement plans accumulated and currently held by the parties for their benefit during the course of the marriage.
8.2 Both parties agree that Wife to retain and keep all of Wife’s Pension, 401K retirement plan and profit sharing plan, if any, that is under her name, free of any claim from Husband. Both parties agree that Husband to retain and keep all of Husband’s Pension, 401K retirement plan and profit sharing plan, if any, that is under his name, free of any claim from Wife.''
