This statement is happening during a murder interrogation.
The interviewer thinks the suspect is hiding something or someone and is taking the fall for everything.
So the officer tells him, NO TE ECHES TODA LA MULETA, TODA LA PALETA. This is a border region where Tex Mex is used a lot. The officer is trying to determine if the suspect is covering for anyone else considering the state of the crime scene.
Any help with this would be great!
It is clearly some sort of idiom. So if you can provide an equivalent, that would work so well!
