In the header of a uniform order for support (Illinois) the word ''allowed'' is used several times. You can see it here: https://i.postimg.cc/KvmvN15w/allowed.jpg
I'm not clear about the meaning of ''allowed'' in this context. Who, or what, does the allowing?
Any help would greatly appreciated.

This form CCDR N107 A is a kind of "universal/multipurpose form" and at the beginning is a reminder of when / for what it can be used - practically for all the listed steps in the procedure except "4600 - Order Support Payments Made Direct to Petitioner"

All the number codes refer to applications to the court for orders made, rather than refused.

: I'm not unsympathetic to Daryo's view, but I cannot really find anything worthwhile about validity being upheld or petitions being admitted. The questioner wanted to know what "allowed" meant. So whether it's upheld" or "admitted" it's approved.
