percentage profit-costs mark-up
I agree - for once- with Phil G.'s mark-up (or surcharge) in the discussion entry, but think the nature of the onerosidad, as a charging mechanism, needs to be clarified (cf. Umtriebskosten in DEU www.proz.com/kudoz/german-to-english/law-general/5842720-um... .
Neither weblink may be on all fours with the question, nor IMO - as we will recall from corporate winding-up in Anglo-Am. company law - is it anything to do with receivers or liquidators 'disclaiming' onerous contracts & leases.

: Perhaps simplify it to "profit shall be capped at 10%"?

Thanks and gracias, Robert. The price 'cap' seems to be an incidental though, in bidding and legal practice that some UK accountants may be unaware of, a profit-costs mark-up could be open-ended.
