Hi. I'm translating "nota simple informativa continuada" from Spain. At the end, in the data protection part, it says:

: Yes - it refers to the fact that the register that is 'public' (i.e., can be consulted by anyone with a legitimate interest in the content). Now't to do with 'publicity'.
