English to Portuguese Law/Patents Law (general)

This is a Contract for the provision of integrated vessel services with ROV (Remotely Operated Vehicle) and diving Survey and Inspection services in a Platform in Block 2/05 in Angola.

6. Nothing in this Contract shall obligate COMPANY to order any WORK from the CONTRACTOR nor shall the CONTRACTOR be obligated to accept any CALL-OFF ORDER issued hereunder.

For the purposes of this CONTRACT, CALL-OFF ORDER shall mean the document issued or approved by COMPANY instructing CONTRACTOR to supply the WORK.


Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, prior to CONTRACTOR commencing the WORK, COMPANY shall effect an advance payment of fifty per cent (50%) of the CALL OFF ORDER as partial payment for the WORK expected to be performed pursuant to this CONTRACT and such payment must clear in CONTRACTOR’s designated bank account prior to commencement of the WORK
