The obligations to maintain confidentiality as stated above shall not apply to any Confidential Information which is:
a) is in the public domain, or subsequently comes into the public domain, through no fault of the Receiving Party; or
b) is lawfully and demonstrably known to the Receiving Party prior to the time of disclosure; or
c) is received lawfully from a third party, who has not obtained such Confidential Information directly or indirectly from the Disclosing Party under an obligation to keep it confidential; or
d) is not subject to the obligation to maintain confidentiality under a separate agreement between the parties; or
e) is developed by the Receiving Party wholly independently, as a result of its own efforts, and without knowledge or benefit of the Confidential Information; or
a) is in the public domain, or subsequently comes into the public domain, through no fault of the Receiving Party; or
