: What "Chinglish"? It's a well-known convention of the language of agreements to OMIT the definite article, so no need to go around inserting "THE" all over the place. "Lessee shall pay x in arrears to Lessor." Standard contract-speak, as Robin says.

: Absolutely agree with Andy - this is pretty standard contract-speak. And the likelihood of 'later' being a typo for 'date' or 'dates' is vanishingly close to zero.
