And here is an unsual construction (applied to an abstract noun):

3. "Por mais que muitos digam que a consciência está ultrapassada, ela não é de jogar fora." (Márcia Tiburi, in "Filosofia Prática")

não ser de se jogar fora: ser atraente, interessante ou importante. (Norma Culta)

I need a translation for the expression in 1 and 2 (same meaning). Maybe "not all that ugly?"

"I wouldn't kick her/him outta (out of)my bed."

Validation of the translation chosen Thank you all. I picked Muriel's translation. I think it goes well with both sentences that I have used as examples:

(So-and-so) is a keeper.
(Fulano/Tal coisa) não é de (se) jogar fora. - Diz-se de alguém ou algo atraente, interessante ou importante, que vale a pena ter como namorado/namorada, amante etc.

1. ✰ "Hold on to that boyfriend of yours—he's a keeper!" (The Britannica Dictionary). (Continue com aquele seu namorado — ele não é de jogar fora.)
2. ✰ "This recipe is definitely a keeper and one of the best vegan cheese recipes that I have tried so far!" (Heidi). (Essa receita definitivamente não é de jogar fora, é uma das melhores receitas de queijo vegano que eu experimentei até agora!)

is not one to be sniffed at (kept out of the beauty stakes)

as opposed to > 'not one to be sneezed at', 'to write home about' or '...make a man play away...' (be unfaithful).
Example sentence:

Mary's beauty cannot be dismissed. She still does cut a fine figure.

Mary is still quite pretty and attractive, a woman like that is in high demand ever/with a nice figure like that (and charming like she is) it´s difficult to compete with her.

Note from asker:
Thank you, but the example sentences you provided do not contain the suggested phrase!

Pode ser que a tradução não seja, mas a ideia é essa
Note from asker:
Obrigado, mas essa não é a ideia. "Ugly duckling" traduz literalmente como "patinho feio" em PT-Br.

"she/he still got it"

It means that dispite not being at her/his prime, she/he still have some good qualities, like "she/he is not that useless/worthless".

You can actually use "she/he is not that useless/worthless" as well, if you want to be more literal and less formal.
