Portuguese to English Marketing Marketing / Market Research Customer satisfaction survey

Hi,

I really hope you can help me with this. I'm struggling with a few phrases in a customer satisfaction survey, which I will post as separate questions.

The customer satisfaction survey was sent to animal farmers from a company that produces additives and nutrients for animal production.

The survey is from Brazil and is to be translated into UK English.

The question was:
"What would the one thing be that [company name] should stop doing to improve service to you??"

The full answer was:
"Cliente necessita que as ações tratadas por NC nao tenham reincidencias de NCs."

I don't know what "NC" means here so it's making it hard to understand the rest of the sentence!
