Source text - French ARTICLE 4 – CONTRAT DE PRESTATIONS DE SERVICES
Habituellement, le Groupe Investisseur lie de manière indissociable ses prises de risque financier et ses investissements dans des entreprises à la signature d’un contrat de prestations de services de « conseil » et ce, dès son implication dans une affaire.
Compte tenu du contexte « familial » des présentes, il a été décidé de différer la mise en vigueur de ce contrat jusqu’à ce que la société à créer sorte un premier exercice bénéficiaire.
Ensuite, une convention de prestations de services sera irrévocablement signée, le Groupe Investisseur fournissant alors à la société de façon régulière son assistance et ses conseils dans les matières suivantes :
gestion,
création et développement d’un réseau de franchise,
tous domaines qui apparaîtront nécessaires au Groupe Dirigeant.
La rémunération pourra être fixe ou proportionnelle et sera déterminée en temps utile.
Elle ne pourra cependant être inférieure à 4 000 euros HT par mois.
Translation - English ARTICLE 4 – SERVICE PROVISION CONTRACT
Normally, the Investor Group ties its financial risk taking and investments in companies to the signing of a contract for the provision of consulting services at the beginning of the business venture.
Considering the familial context of this agreement, it has been decided to defer the effective date of this contract until the Company to be created has posted a profitable fiscal year.
At that time, a service provision contract shall be irrevocably signed and the Investor Group shall then provide to the Company its regular assistance and advice on the following issues:
management,
creation and development of a franchise network,
any areas that appear necessary to the Director Group.
Compensation may be fixed or proportional and will be determined at the appropriate time. However, it may not be less than €4,000 excluding tax per month.
