Marta is a localization and language QA expert since 2013, and a freelance translator since 2010, based in Gdańsk, Poland.

Her most notable projects include localization of an elaborate online marketing platform for desktop, Android, iOS, iPad, and AppleWatch. Apart from the apps, she’s helped to provide language versions for hundreads of marketing pages and email templates, plus she created all the reference materials necessary for the above-mentioned project, such as glossaries, style guides, and technical guides. One of her most recognized clients is Apple: she was engaged in the transcreation process of mobile games descriptions in the "Discover" section of App Store.

Having studied translation at the University of Gdańsk, she gained sound knowledge of the field which she developed over the years of her career in localization business branch. As a technology fan who works with apps on a daily basis, she’s familiar with a vast array of file types and knows how to handle them, both in procedural, technical, and linguistic terms. Marta is a resourceful, friendly, and diligent person with a good sense of humor and a soft spot for memes. In her free time, she devours audiobooks, plays video games (her favourites include: Skyrim, The Witcher 3, Horizon Zero Dawn), goes to the gym, and to motorcycle speedway races.
