Source text - English 1.2 The Library and Information Service offers public access to a filtered internet service. As this is potentially open to misuse and abuse this document has been produced in order to safeguard the interests of the Library Service and the community it serves.
1.3 Copies of the “Public Internet Acceptable Use” document and any relevant charges will be clearly displayed in all libraries, in as close proximity to public access terminals as possible.
2. Access
2.1 Internet access is available to all members of the library.
2.2 A booking system and/or time limits operate where demand requires it.
2.3 No more than 2 people may use any single public access terminal at any one time, at the discretion of the library staff.
2.4 Users must produce their library membership card when using a public access terminal.
2.5 Any business use should be on an ad hoc basis. Excessive use will be subjected to bandwidth management.
2.6 Library members who are barred from using other library services may be denied access to internet facilities, at the discretion of the library staff.
2.7 All users will have to agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the Public Internet Acceptable Use document
3. Support
3.1 Library staff will offer general guidance and support for internet use.
3.2 The Library and Information Service will also promote web pages that meet users’ needs and interests.
Translation - Bulgarian 1.2 Библиотеката и Информационната Служба предоставят обществен достъп до филтрирана интернет услуга. Тъй като услугата е отворена към потенциална злоупотреба, ние съставихме настоящият документ за да предпазим интересите на Информационната Служба и на обществото което тя обслужва.
1.3 Копия на „ Условия за ползване на обществен достъп до Интернет” и всички такси свързани с нея ще бъдат ясно изложени във всички библиотеки, във възможно най-голяма близост до обществените терминали за достъп.
2. Достъп
2.1 Интернет достъп може да се ползва от всички членове на библиотеката
2.2 Ако търсенето изисква, ще бъдат прилагани система за предварително резервиране и/или ограничения във времето за ползване.
2.3 По преценка на персонала, не повече от двама души могат да използват всеки един обществен терминал за достъп във всеки един момент.
2.4 Потребителите трябва да предоставят своите членски карти от библиотеката, когато искат да използват обществен терминал за достъп.
2.5 Всяко ползване трябва да бъде за определена цел. Прекомерната употреба може да доведе до управление на трафика.
2.6 По преценка на персонала, може да бъде отказан достъп до интернет услуги на членове, на които вече е забранено използването на други видове услуги предоставяни от библиотеката.
2.7 Всички потребители трябва да са съгласни да спазват реда и условията на условията на документа „Условия за ползване на обществен достъп до Интернет”.
3. Подпомагане
3.1 Персонала на библиотеката може да предостави обща насока и подпомагане за ползване на интернет.
3.2 Библиотеката и Информационната Служба също могат да популяризират интернет страници, които отговарят на нуждите и интересите на потребителите.
