I am a French freelance translator providing translation, localization and liaison interpretation services. I live and work in the south of France.
After a couple of years of University education in Toulon, Var (course for English applied to law, economics and business), I joined in the French customs in 1994. Ever since I have always been somehow involved with the English language alongside my regular duties. I have trained my fellow officers in learning English basics and I have been certified by the customs for translation and interpreting in French and in English as part of my officer work duties since 2007.
I now provide linguistic services on a private basis with the permission of the customs and I have registered for self-employment in France.
