Source text - English 52. Understandably, Mr M places great weight on this grammatical interpretation. He also relies on the following points in support of his case that this is the true interpretation. First, it is common ground that all of the features listed in the section were capable of being “private” at the time of the enactment of the 1801 Act. Secondly, there is nothing in section 10 itself to indicate that a distinction was intended to be drawn between “roads” and any of the following features in the list. He submits that “roads” was merely the first item that appeared in a list that was set out and punctuated in the conventional way. Thirdly, this interpretation is supported by the fact that, where Parliament intended that a provision was to apply to both public and private features elsewhere in the 1801 Act, it said so expressly. For example, section 11 expressly referred to “public and private roads and ways”. If Parliament had intended that the bridleways and footpaths referred to in section 10 could be either public or private, it would have been a simple matter for it to do so as it did in section 11.
53. We accept the concession of Mr L that, looked at in isolation of the rest of the statute and without regard to its underlying purpose, the most natural interpretation of the first few lines of section 10 is that for which Mr M contends. We also accept that it may be said that this interpretation is reinforced by the words in lines 9 to 11 “giving such Notice…as to any private Roads or Paths, as are above required in the Case of publick Roads”. The phrase “private Roads or Paths” may be contrasted with “publick Roads”: it may be said that here too the word “private” more naturally governs both roads and paths, than roads alone.

5.- La ventaja o superioridad de los medios ofensivos del agresor (una carabina correspondiente al calibre 22 largo, marca “Winchester”; el tipo de proyectil con punta perforada utilizado y un hacha) con respecto a las dos víctimas desarmadas y haciendo desprevenidamente su actividad física (caminata), en claro estado de indefensión (conforme testimonio de los peritos Parra e Ibarra y pericias incorporadas en CD a fs. 318 y 1172). 6.- La distancia del tirador. Quedó demostrado que las heridas vitales recibidas por ambas victimas mediante el arma de fuego fueron a la distancia (una distancia superior a los 50 centímetros), ya que no se constataron restos de deflagración de pólvora ni en las heridas ni en sus ropas que actuaron como telón de interposición. Tampoco se constataron signos de defensa en los cuerpos de las víctimas ni ningún tipo de lesión en el agresor (conforme peritos Claudia del Giorgio patóloga legista; Fabio Gabriele médico de policía autopsiante; María Alejandra Parra perito balístico y Juan Manuel Ibarra licenciado en criminalística, con más el informe del Dr. Domingo Di Menna incorporado al juicio por su lectura y obrante a fs. 24 que examinó a Julio César Aldecoa el 20-10-2013 y el del Dr. Raúl Gustavo Benegas del 22-10-2013 de fs. 1125). En el debate explicó el perito Ibarra que basado en hipótesis lógicas y coherentes sería raro que a un metro de distancia el tirador efectúe cuatro disparos a dos personas sin que ninguna de las víctimas tenga intención de defenderse y sacarle el arma, por eso lo ubicó más lejos, con un arma larga y con sistema de repetición es difícil disparar cuatro veces y que ninguna de las personas muestre una reacción defensiva. En sentido análogo la versión final de X admitiendo haber ido corriendo saltar el alambrado, ubicándose como a ocho (8) metros de las víctimas apuntando al intendente.

5.- The advantage or superiority of the offensive means of the aggressor (a carbine of caliber 22 -long-, of the brand “Winchester”, the hollow-point bullet used, and an axe) in comparison with the two unarmed victims who were exercising (walking) and in a clear state of defenselessness (according to the testimonies of expert witnesses Parra and Ibarra and the expert’s opinions included in a CD in pages 318 and 1172).
6.- The distance of the shooter. It was proved that the deadly injuries received by both victims by means of the firearm were inflicted from a distance (a distance of over 50 centimeters), due to the fact that there were no traces of gunpowder deflagration, neither in the wounds nor in the victim’s clothes that acted as an interfering layer. Furthermore, neither signs of defense on the victim’s bodies nor any type of lesion in the aggressor were found (according to expert witnesses Claudia del Giorgio, legal pathologist; Fabio Gabriele, physician of the Forensics Division of the Police; María Alejandra Parra, expert in ballistics; and Juan Manuel Ibarra, Bachelor in Criminalistics; as well as the report of the physician that examined Aldecoa on October 20, 2013, Domingo Di Menna, M.D., presented and read during the trial, and that of Raúl Gustavo Benegas dated October 22, 2013, on page 1125).
During the debate, expert witness Ibarra explained that, based on logical and coherent hypotheses, it would be strange that, being one meter away, the shooter shot four times towards two people without any of the two trying to defend themselves and unarm him. This is the reason why he placed the shooter further. With a long-barreled semi-automatic weapon it is difficult to discharge the firearm four times without any of the two victims showing a defensive reaction. This correlates with the final version of the events declared by X, in which he admitted running, jumping the fence, and placing himself around 8 meters away from the victims and pointing to the Mayor.

The safety and efficacy of Abciximab have only been investigated with concomitant administration of heparin and aspirin as described in Clinical Studies. In patients with failed percutaneous coronary interventions (PCI), the continuous infusion of Abciximab should be stopped because there is no evidence for Abciximab efficacy in that setting.
In the event of serious bleeding that cannot be controlled by compression, Abciximab and heparin should be discontinued immediately. The recommended dosage of Abciximab in adults is a 0.25 mg/kg intravenous bolus administered 10-60 minutes before the start of PCI, followed by a continuous intravenous infusion of 0.125 µg/kg/min (to a maximum of 10 µg/min) for 12 hours.
Patients with unstable angina not responding to conventional medical therapy and who are planned to undergo PCI within 24 hours may be treated with an Abciximab 0.25.mg/kg intravenous bolus followed by an 18- to 24-hour intravenous infusion of 10 µg/min, concluding one hour after the PCI.

Source text - English ANTIBIOTIC-RESISTANT BACTERIAL INFECTIONS
Antibiotic-resistant infections are already widespread in the U.S. and across the globe. A 2011 national survey of infectious-disease specialists, conducted by the IDSA Emerging Infections Network, found that more than 60% of participants had seen a pan-resistant, untreatable bacterial infection within the prior year. Many public health organizations have described the rapid emergence of resistant bacteria as a “crisis” or “nightmare scenario” that could have “catastrophic consequences.” The CDC declared in 2013 that the human race is now in the “post-antibiotic era,” and in 2014, the World Health Organization (WHO) warned that the antibiotic resistance crisis is becoming dire. MDR bacteria have been declared a substantial threat to U.S. public health and national security by the IDSA and the Institute of Medicine, as well as the federal Interagency Task Force on Antimicrobial Resistance.
Among gram-positive pathogens, a global pandemic of resistant S. aureus and Enterococcus species currently poses the biggest threat. MRSA kills more Americans each year than HIV/AIDS, Parkinson’s disease, emphysema, and homicide combined. Vancomycin-resistant enterococci (VRE) and a growing number of additional pathogens are developing resistance to many common antibiotics. The global spread of drug resistance among common respiratory pathogens, including Streptococcus pneumoniae and Mycobacterium tuberculosis, is epidemic.
Gram-negative pathogens are particularly worrisome because they are becoming resistant to nearly all the antibiotic drug options available, creating situations reminiscent of the pre antibiotic era. The emergence of MDR (and increasingly pan-resistant) gram-negative bacilli has affected practice in every field of medicine. The most serious gram-negative infections occur in health care settings and are most commonly caused by Enterobacteriaceae (mostly Klebsiella pneumoniae), Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and Acinetobacter. MDR gramnegative pathogens are also becoming increasingly prevalent in the community. These include extended-spectrum beta-lactamase-producing Escherichia coli and Neisseria gonorrhoeae.
